The potassium analogue of sodium tripolyphosphate (K₅P₃O₁₀). Used similarly to E451I for moisture retention in seafood and meats. Offers reduced sodium content compared to STPP. Cumulative phosphate concerns apply; high potassium is additionally relevant for kidney patients.
