The tri-basic calcium salt of phosphoric acid (Ca₃(PO₄)₂). Used primarily as an anti-caking agent and as a calcium supplement. The most calcium-rich of the three forms. Widely used in dietary supplements and fortified foods. Considered safe and nutritionally beneficial by EFSA, FDA, and WHO.
