A mixture of copper-complexed whole chlorophylls (fat-soluble) and their water-soluble chlorophyllin derivatives. Used where both oil- and water-phase colouring is needed. More broadly applicable than E141I alone. Considered safe by EFSA. Copper contribution to dietary intake is negligible at food use levels.
